Meet Erica Dexter M.S.
Erica Dexter has worked as a special education teacher in the public sector for over 11 years, supporting students in grades pre-K through 5 with diverse learning needs. She has extensive experience writing IEPs, modifying curriculum, collaborating with teams, and administering standardized testing used in special education determinations.

Erica holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College and received her Special Education Certification from Salem State University. She is also trained in Orton-Gillingham.

Beyond her professional background, Erica is a mother and wife of 24 years. Her four children have all received special education services, which has fueled her passion for helping families navigate this complex process.
